Uniting Distant Stars Event Decoration Students Showing Their Creative Talents

Uniting Distant Stars Event Decoration Course started in 2017. We have had a few instructors, but Daniel Williams, Jr. returned in 2024 to share his knowledge.

Zack Tate, a current computer student and media volunteer, took the photos but also asked Daniel, "What are you doing to develop the skills of his students?"

I'm doing my best to bring up the best of my students. I'm making sure, that everyone in here gets what they deserve. To improve their skills, I'm bringing designs and how to make new stuff. I'm also being patient and respectful as well as understanding my students. Creating that family love between us. UDS is a unique and successful school that is here for the needed in Liberia and the world at large. Thanks to the family of UDS/UDSVTC may God bless y'all.

Daniel Williams, Jr. UDS Event Decoration Instructor

His students--Patience, Rejoyce, Grace, and Patience--have hand-crafted several items to decorate any event hall or home.

First, they made slippers (i.e. sandals) using beads and cloth that can coordinate with a wedding party's colors.

Second, they used everyday items to make mirrors, hangers, maps, and more. The photos below show some of their work.
