Thank you, Sundance Family Foundation, for a $1,000 Grant!

Wow! Today, when I went to get UDS mail, I found a letter and check for a $1,000 grant from the Sundance Family Foundation. The grant was recommended by foundation board member Rob Scarlett and approved by the entire board. 

This grant was a welcomed surprise because Sundance gave us our first grant in 2015 for our Backpacks For Peace Service Learning Project. Also, the letter brought sad news when it stated the foundation would dissolve in December 2023. 

We are grateful that we were one of many youth organizations supported by the Sundance Family Foundation.
