On August 11, 2021, Oliver McIntosh of Radio Advent FM 93.7 and Prime FM 105.5 interviews Kelvin Fomba, Uniting Distant Stars Co-Founder & Director.Β
Kelvin explains who can enroll into Uniting Distant Stars Vocational Training Program. He appeals to private entities to give young people a chance of employment instead of hiring outside of Liberia.
He also asks the government help with practical materials because vocational training is hands on learning. By providing these materials they can ensure Liberia's workforce is ready.
Then he asks the citizens to focus on the trades whether you finished high school and college. Take one year and learn one trade while you are looking for an office job.Β
