A Moment of Reflection Along the Journey of Hope

As I sit here writing this last post of 2012, I have been looking back at my life's journey for the last four years and how far I have come when it seemed that all hope was lost. In 2008, I faced an arduous detour of a failed business partnership in Liberia. In 2009, I was slowed by the speed-bump of an uncertain future after realizing that I would start over at ground zero. In 2010, I was derailed by the economic global train wreck as I sought employment upon my return from Liberia on January 18. In 2011, I triumphed over the past travel hazards by finding peace and renewed hope as I began to chart a new course. In 2012, I made great headway on this new quest as I narrowed my focus and determined my destination.

I know that I am not alone in taking such a journey where you start with a broken spirit, but as you trudge along you experience
